Condition of Entry
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
How to Enter
To qualify for the draw, eligible persons must sign a contract and pay the deposit by 31st March 2012, and satisfy the Village entry requirements.
Prize Details
A single prize of a 2010 Mitsubishi Colt inclusive of all on-road costs and balance of registration.
Date, Time and Place of Draw 
The promotion will run from 8th October 2011 until 31st March 2012. 
The Prize Winner will be randomly selected. The Prize draw will take place on 3rd April 2012 at 10am at Ace Radio, located at 95 Timor St, Warrnambool. 
The Prize Winner will be winner notified by telephone on 4th April 2012. Written confirmation will follow.
Terms & Conditions

1. One entry only per unit sold.
2. Entry is limited to the availability of Stage 1 units.
3. If all Stage 1 units are not sold as at 31st March 2012, the draw will occur regardless.
4. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
5. The vehicle will be supplied upon settlement of the unit.
6. The Prize Winner is responsible for all on-going costs of the vehicle after hand-over.
7. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use any element of the prize as stated for whatever reason, including participation in certain activities for health, behaviour or safety reasons.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. The Prize Winner agrees to participate and co‐operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the prize, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The Prize Winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non‐exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media and the Prize Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
10. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
11. If the Prize Winner is uncontactable by phone and does not claim their prize after three (3) months, the prize will be redrawn. If required, a redraw will be conducted on July 5th 2012 at 10am. The winner of the redraw will be notified in writing.

Promoter

The Promoter is Endeavour West Pty Ltd.

The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winners and may be used to make its services to the entrant. The personal information of the entrants will be held and used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. The personal information of the Prize Winner may be provided to the others assisting, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition.
